1. No Refund After Service Initiation

Once our Instagram automation process has begun, refunds are not available. The service starts immediately upon activation, with resources allocated to ensure optimal performance.

Service initiation occurs when:

  • We have begun adding followers to your Close Friends list.
  • The automation has been executed on your account.

At this point, the service is fully delivered and non-refundable.

2. Refund Eligibility

Although we maintain a strict policy against refunds after service start, we do offer refunds in the following scenarios:

Before Service Initiation:

If your order was placed but we have not yet begun the Instagram automation, you qualify for a complete refund.

Service Failure or Technical Issues:

If our system encounters problems and fails to add followers to your Close Friends list, a refund is available.

If technical difficulties on our end prevent the service from functioning, we will provide a refund or retry the service without additional charges.

Not Eligible for Refund:

If the service completes successfully but does not meet your personal expectations (we ensure execution, not guaranteed engagement levels).

If Instagram implements new policies or restrictions after service activation that affect performance.
